Responsibilities

• Performs deposit processing tasks such as non-posts, stop payments, verifications, and return items.
• Handle overdraft services, editing, maintenance, end-of-year reporting research.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and bank personnel within policy timeframes.
• Provide friendly, high-level customer service to branches and departments.
• Verify data before/after bank mergers and assist with related projects.
• Assist in end-of-year tax reporting tasks and with administrative duties for the department.
