F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Deposit Operations Representative to support the deposit operations function, coordinating work within the unit and with other departments. You will respond to inquiries, train others, and assist with administrative tasks under supervision.

The role involves handling various processing tasks, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high levels of service to branches and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple processing tasks such as non-posts, stop payments, verifications, return items, overdraft services, editing and maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and bank personnel within policy
• Provide high level of customer service to branches, departments and customers.
• Verify data before and after bank mergers or projects and assist with related tasks.
• Edit and maintain deposit accounts using system maintenance reports.
• Support end-of-year tax reporting tasks and assist supervisor with administrative duties.
