Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in the Education section.
• Several years of deposit operations or retail banking experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience demonstrating leadership.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to deposit accounts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deposit operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee check clearing, ACH processing, and reconciliation tasks.
