Job summary

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to drive deposits, oversee controls, and ensure timely processing of wires and other transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch operations, deposit operations, or a related banking role.
• Solid working knowledge of deposit products, wire processing, and cash operations.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily branch operations to ensure deposit services are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the branch is operationally ready, including systems, equipment, supplies, and required controls.
• Supporting deposit growth by helping clients understand and properly use deposit products and services.
• Serving as a go-to operational resource for deposit relationships, working closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams.
• Reinforcing service standards, professionalism, and accountability through consistent execution and example.
• Managing exception processing, wire activity, and other time-sensitive operational workflows.
• Overseeing cash operations, vault activity, and coordination with third-party service providers.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to operational guides, schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Safeguarding Bank assets by following and enforcing internal controls, security procedures, and audit requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal banking regulations and completion of required training.
• Supporting audits, certifications, and operational reviews through preparation and timely follow-through.
• Identifying operational risks or inefficiencies and escalating or recommending practical solutions.
