First Lockhart Bank is seeking an experienced Deposit Operations Manager to lead deposit, teller, banker, and client service teams. You will drive a customer-centric culture across multiple locations, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and relationship growth.

You will collaborate with Lending, Operations, Compliance, Accounting, IT, Marketing, and executives to deliver consistent processes and exceptional customer experiences across all branches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience supervising or managing teams in banking or financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Bank's customer facing deposit and service teams across locations.
• Promote a culture where employees know customers and their needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper follow-up and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback and improve experience.
• Maintain community banking presence through local involvement.
• Oversee Teller, Banker, and Client Service operations.
• Ensure consistent deposit account opening, maintenance, and closing procedures.
• Coordinate staffing and coverage across branches.
• Ensure proper balancing, cash handling, and dual controls.
• Oversee documentation and resolution of operational exceptions.
• Reconcile deposit-related accounts with Operations and Accounting.
• Assist with implementing new deposit products and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state banking regulations and internal policies.
• Coach staff to identify customer needs and promote products and services.
• Monitor growth KPIs and deepen customer relationships with other departments.
