Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in banking with deposit operations, branch banking or customer service.
• Experience supervising or managing teams required.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations, branch procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing deposit and service teams to deliver a consistent First Lockhart Bank experience.
• Oversee Teller, Banker, and Client Service operations across locations; ensure proper cash handling and controls.
• Monitor processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks; ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Develop employees; coach for performance and future leadership opportunities.
• Partner with other departments to deepen customer relationships and support deposits growth.
