• Direct day-to-day deposit operations including deposits, IRAs, HSAs, and overdraft handling.
• Ensure accurate daily processing, balancing, and timely Fed returns.
• Oversee product promotions and documentation of system changes.
• Coach and develop the Deposit Operations team and manage staffing and evaluations.
• Maintain controls, compliance with laws, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet service levels and project timelines.
