• Experience with process improvement and operations efficiency initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for deposit accounts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Shape deposit operations strategy and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations for check clearing, ACH, transaction processing, and related activities.
• Develop plans to ensure high service standards for customers and employees.
