Job summary

Gasboy is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts to plan, execute, and oversee implementation of Gasboy solutions for customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary customer liaison to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of complex project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets of $100K+
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PMBOK), and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing status updates
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize impact to project schedules
• Monitor project progress against defined milestones and metrics; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project implementation; conduct quality reviews and manage any issues that arise
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
• Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of Gasboy solutions
