Job summary

The Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts at Vontier's Gasboy division leads planning, execution, and deployment of customer solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high satisfaction. You will liaison between Gasboy and customers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years directing complex customer implementations or software deployments, with budgets over $100K, PMBOK knowledge, and excellent communication across technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of $100K+.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, methodologies (e.g., PMBOK), and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing status updates.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize impact to project schedules.
• Monitor project progress against defined milestones and metrics; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project implementation; conduct quality reviews and manage any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of Gasboy solutions.
