Job summary

Gasboy, a part of Gilbarco Veeder-Root, seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer project rollouts across our customer base. The role requires exceptional PM expertise, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex implementations from conception through go-live and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Tech, or related field.
• Proven track record managing customer-facing implementation, deployment, or rollout projects with measurable success.
• Advanced proficiency with PM tools and methodologies (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Up to 20% travel required for customer/site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for customer rollouts, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder communication and relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and address schedule risks.
• Oversee QA and testing to meet Gasboy standards and exceed expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues as needed.
• Coordinate technical, implementation, support, and operations teams for seamless deployment.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous rollout improvements.
