Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts to plan, execute, and oversee the deployment of Gasboy solutions for our customers. You will serve as the primary liaison between Gasboy and clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, strong communication skills, and familiarity with PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Budgets of $100K+; familiarity with PMBOK and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; multi-project experience.
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Up to 15% travel for customer site visits and kickoff.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer projects with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones and take corrective action when needed.
• Ensure quality standards; conduct reviews and address issues.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and drive improvement.
• Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote adoption.
