Job summary

Gasboy is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer project rollouts. This role drives successful implementations from conception through go-live and beyond.

The position requires 7+ years of project management experience, strong customer-facing skills, and proficiency with project tools. Up to 20% travel is expected for on-site visits and executive meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, PM, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of demonstrated project or program management experience.
• Proven track record managing customer-facing deployments with measurable success.
• Advanced proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Available to travel up to 20% for on-site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for customer rollouts.
• Oversee stakeholder communications with customers, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and manage milestones.
• Ensure QA/testing meets Gasboy standards.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate technical, implementation, support, and operations teams for deployment.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive process improvements.
