Job summary

Gasboy is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer project rollouts across our operations. This role requires strong PM discipline and customer-facing skills to drive implementations from conception through go-live.

You will manage scope, timelines, resources, risk, QA, and cross-functional teams, with up to 20% travel to client sites. A PMP/Prince2 is preferred; bachelor's degree required; eligible for annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of demonstrated project/program management experience.
• Proven track record with customer-facing implementations.
• Advanced proficiency with PM tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for customer rollouts, including detailed scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management
• Manage comprehensive stakeholder communication and relationship building with customers, internal cross-functional teams, and executive leadership throughout all project phases
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and address schedule risks
• Oversee quality assurance and testing to meet Gasboy standards and customer expectations
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor indicators, escalate critical issues
• Coordinate and align technical, implementation, support, and operations teams for seamless deployment and readiness
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and identify rollout process improvements
