Job summary

Gasboy is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer project rollouts. This role drives multi-faceted implementations from conception through go-live and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project/program management, strong customer-facing skills, and a proven track record delivering on time and within budget. This on-site role in Minneapolis includes travel up to 20% and collaboration with cross-functional teams at Gasboy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PM, IT, or related field.
7+ years of demonstrated experience in project or program management.
Proven track record managing customer-facing implementation projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana or similar tools.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for customer rollouts with scope, timelines, resources, and budget management.
Coordinate stakeholder communication with customers, internal teams and executives.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones.
Oversee QA and testing to meet Gasboy standards and customer expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues as needed.
Align technical, implementation, support, and operations teams for seamless deployments.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and pursue continuous rollout improvements.
