Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to conduct survivor-centered case management in field, remote, or austere environments. You will perform intake, needs assessments, and develop individualized recovery plans while coordinating resources and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, disaster recovery, or community-based services preferred
• Professional language capability; additional language skills are highly desirable
• Must complete organization and screening, background checks, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training, Rules of Behavior
• Complete NIMS courses IS-100.C, IS-200.C, IS-700.B, and IS-800.D before deployment

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures
• Develop individualized recovery plans and monitor progress toward goals
• Identify and coordinate available resources and referrals to address unmet needs
• Provide referrals and follow-up, assist survivors with navigating benefits and recovery resources
• Maintain accurate case information, documentation, and statistics in approved systems
