Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to perform survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess unmet needs, develop recovery plans, coordinate resources, and maintain thorough documentation while ensuring privacy and equitable access.

Must complete required training, certifications, and be deployment-ready; travel nationwide as needed. Housing allowances and per diems are provided upon deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience in case management, disaster recovery or crisis intervention preferred.
• Professional fluency in additional language desirable; deployments may require language capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and update as needs change.
• Coordinate resources and referrals across federal, state, local, nonprofit partners.
