Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a supervisor to train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience with strong product knowledge.

The role focuses on directing the department’s merchandising, pricing, and presentation while ensuring accurate product placement and helpful customer interactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead product sales specialists to deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and displays.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions.
• Process checkout and returns per guidelines.
• Stock and tag displays and signage.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Operate the POS system.
