Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide and train product sales specialists to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Understand merchandise and installation processes to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain proper merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Greet customers, answer questions and help with product selections at checkout.
