Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training & Development role for Product Sales Specialists to enhance customer service and product knowledge. The position focuses on coaching sales staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining accurate merchandising and departmental presentation.

Responsibilities include completing certification courses, guiding associates, and supporting checkout processes while upholding safety and company values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Act in line with the company’s core values and safety procedures
• Provide direction to product sales specialists for high-quality customer service
• Complete all product specialist certification courses
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation and manage department merchandising and pricing
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates promptly
• Assist customers with product questions and selections and process checkout and returns
• Present how-to classes to customers and handle POS transactions
