Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system; handle refunds and exchanges.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays; create price tags and signs.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Communicate stock needs and pricing to management.
• Present how-to classes to customers as needed.
• Follow established cash handling procedures and card acceptance rules.
• Answer phone calls per guidelines.
