Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Training Specialist for Product Sales who will guide and develop Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and accurate product information.

You will lead training, certify product specialists, and reinforce store policies in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, and smooth checkout processes, with opportunities for advancement and a strong emphasis on safety and showroom

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Ensure department merchandising, pricing and organization.
• Provide guidance on SOPs and store policies.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Present short how-to classes to customers.
