Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a role focused on training and developing Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with expert product information.

You will lead certification courses and reinforce the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail—People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing—while overseeing merchandising, pricing and checkout processes with friendly service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive and accurate customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
