Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a trainer for Product Sales Specialists to deliver onboarding and ongoing instruction. You will help associates provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge, while maintaining department merchandising, pricing and display standards across floor areas.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1 year in customer service or sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with forklift and POS responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to train and develop product specialists.
• Forklift proficiency/testing completion required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver training for Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinate merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Operate POS system and process transactions.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Greet customers and provide attentive service.
• Support inventory and store presentation standards.
