Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and department organization meets standards.
• Train staff through certification courses and product knowledge sessions.
• Greet customers, answer questions and assist with product selections at POS.
• Present ‘how-to’ classes and demonstrate company retail principles.
