Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience with superior product information.

You will lead certification courses, coach staff, maintain merchandising standards, assist customers with questions and purchases, and support smooth checkout processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hours align with store operations; strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists in line with company values.
• Ensure accurate customer service and product knowledge.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and displays.
• Operate forklift safety procedures and inventory communication.
• Assist customers with questions and purchases and process checkout.
