Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a role focused on training and developing Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge on the showroom floor.

You will lead by example, drive the company philosophy of the basic P’s of retail, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and inventory in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and product information.
• Greet customers, answer product questions and assist with selections.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Process checkout and handle refunds per guidelines.
