Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by delivering the Best Customer Experience.
• Execute a plan to meet customer and store expectations while adhering to H&M standards and policies.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and promote loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure routines in fitting rooms and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges; maintain admin routines for people and operations.
• Secure clean and organized store and back-of-house areas; maintain stock levels and in-store visual/merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store daily and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company procedures.
