Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and act on them with your Department Manager
• Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Ensure all admin routines for people and operations are handled correctly
• Maintain clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockroom
• Ensure high fashion quality and product presentation with proper garment care
• Open and close the store daily
