Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in store, ensuring visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service across the store and promote/sell products to customers.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure correct fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage admin routines for people and operations in the store.
• Maintain fashion knowledge and communicate trends to customers.
