Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in-store, ensuring visual and commercial presentation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities with the Department Manager and act on them.
• Ensure customer service across the store and promote products to customers.
• Promote our Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting room, checkout, returns and exchanges; manage admin routines for people and operations.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Share knowledge with the store team and collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues to motivate and inspire, and ensure procedures are followed.
