H&M in Los Angeles is seeking a Department Supervisor to support sales and profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the department and store. You will work in line with H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet customer and colleague expectations.

You will lead a team to ensure high fashion quality, visual presentation, and smooth operations, including fitting room, checkout, stock, and OMNI services. The role requires ambition, strong communication, and numerical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience in the store and promote Loyalty App.
• Maintain clean, visually appealing sales floor and back areas; ensure stock levels.
• Lead team to meet store goals, collaborate with Visual Merchandiser, and manage opening/closing routines.
• Ensure accurate checkouts, returns, exchanges, and adherence to procedures and safety guidelines.
