Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner
• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges
• Follow cash, check, and card acceptance procedures and stock merchandise as needed
• Provide direction to associates to ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards
