Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service with expert product information in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes training, certifications, and maintaining store merchandising, pricing accuracy, and checkout processes while upholding company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with company values.
• Follow safety SOPs and forklift certification procedures.
• Teach and reinforce the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise and installation.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, assist with product selections, and process checkout.
