Job summary

The Paper Store, Inc. in Bristol, CT is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver exceptional customer experiences using the G.U.E.S.T. service approach. You will oversee staffing, payroll, training, and visual standards while meeting store goals and upholding TPS policies.

You will train staff, manage POS operations, and collaborate with district partners to execute promotions and store events. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while delivering good customer service.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Willingness to travel to new store openings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
