Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in telecommunications or related field is preferred.
• Experience interfacing with customers and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise department staff per company policy.
• Guide and mentor staff to achieve department goals.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project profitability to meet company targets.
• Manage scopes of work including telecom and BIM as needed.
• Liaise with customers and drive process improvements.
