Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and financial performance standards. You will supervise staff, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Work history with 5+ years in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Experience with listed manufacturers (Bosch, UTC/GE, DSX, Software House, etc.).
• Experience interfacing with customers (liaison between customer and company).
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• 5+ years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Able to meet driving standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Ability to define a project scope, tasks and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and evaluate project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery/installation progress.
• Plan and maintain project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job costs, invoices, collections and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety on customer work.
• Participate in bid processes.
• Act as liaison with customer representatives.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
