IES is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned projects from inception to turnover. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage profitability, and interface with customers to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Travel within branch/regional territory is required, and you will coordinate with finance, vendors, and management to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings and handle invoicing and collections.
• Ensure quality and safety on customer work.
• Liaise with customers and facilitate bid processes.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
