Qualifications

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and RAS.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and memorable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to build an all-star lineup daily.
• Own execution across operations, including guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Lead in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Direct staffing, recruitment, hiring, orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development of Department Team Members.
• Plan weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Develop and implement incentive programs and contests to motivate team participation in promotions.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct timely performance appraisals.
• Assist General Manager with coaching and development of Bar, Hospitality, and Assistant Managers.
• Utilize support teams and subject matter experts as needed; ensure adherence to service standards and guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback through the Guest Comment program and GEM, addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper training, permits, and compliance across departments; manage inventory, orders, and vendor relationships as applicable.
