Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Corvallis, OR is hiring Assistant Managers to support the General Manager in operating the restaurant and driving profitability. You will oversee staffing, coaching, and performance reviews on a shift-by-shift basis, while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

You’ll participate in weekly manager meetings, help run promotions, and manage a team across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset with hustle and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable guest experiences.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team to build an all-star lineup.
• Help execute daily operations ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment; support promotions and in-store fan engagement.
