Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Salem, OR is seeking a Department Manager to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality operations. You’ll coach staff, schedule shifts, control labor, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage inventories, mentor teammates, and contribute to local marketing efforts while delivering results in a high-energy setting. A high school diploma and leadership experience in hospitality are preferred.
