Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Beaverton, OR is seeking Assistant Managers to support the General Manager and run daily operations. You’ll lead front of house, back of house, and bar teams, ensuring fast service, quality food, and a positive guest experience.

You’ll coach staff, manage staffing, and help drive promotions while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of restaurant leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams across FOH and BOH.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup
