Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Department Manager in Beaverton, OR to lead daily operations across floor, bar, kitchen or takeout and ensure an unbeatable guest experience. You will drive excellence, uphold food safety and safety compliance, and energize the team with a strong, positive culture.

You’ll coach and develop team members, own execution from guest engagement to service speed, and bring energy to promotions, local marketing and fan engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food safety.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
• Team-first mindset with leadership by example.
