The role emphasizes recruitment, staff development, and driving key performance metrics while promoting safety and risk controls across projects and proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ practice experience with a technical discipline or 14 years’ related experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred to advance leadership responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.

Responsabilités

• Directs department operations to ensure timely, compliant deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Oversees proposals, cost estimates, manpower planning, and pricing for profitability.
• Leads recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance development of staff.
• Plans annual business targets and monitors revenue, billings, and collections.
• Promotes safety, quality, and risk management across projects and proposals.
