Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to supervise multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction in accordance with company policies.

You will oversee proposals, staffing plans, and annual business planning for the specialty service group while focusing on revenue growth and project profitability. The role emphasizes safety leadership, quality control, and continuous improvement across projects, with a strong focus on client development and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology or related field; 5 years' practice experience, or 9 years' related experience in lieu of a degree.
• A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects to ensure on-time delivery and client/quality compliance.
• Oversee proposals and cost estimates to ensure proper scoping, manpower, and pricing.
• Manage department operations including staff training, safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Participate in business development and build client relationships.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee annual business plan for the specialty service group.
• Monitor revenue growth, staff chargeability, project billing and collections, and project profitability.
• Identify project risks and ensure adherence to risk policies.
• Lead safety efforts and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
