Job summary

Terracon seeks a capable project supervisor to oversee multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and uphold client requirements and Terracon standards. The role includes supervising proposals, cost estimates, and staffing while driving safety, quality, and profitability across the department.

You will lead staffing plans, assist in annual business planning, and coordinate with management to achieve revenue growth and project success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and 5 years’ practice experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise or monitor all projects to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client requirements and company standards.
• Supervise proposals and cost estimates to ensure proper scoping, manpower availability, and pricing for profitability.
• Oversee department operations including staff training, performance reviews, safety, quality, and deliverables; ensure policy adherence.
• Plan and participate in business development to win and execute project opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology
