Travel within branch/regional territory may be required. The position demands a proven supervisory background, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read blueprints and project documents.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating customer interfaces and project teams.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct department staff; recruit, hire, train and discipline as needed.
• Provide guidance to meet department goals and manage workload distribution.
• Plan for profitability and monitor project scopes (including BIM/EST).
• Lead bid processes and ensure quality and safety in customer work.
• Liaise with customers and drive process improvements.
