Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising guides and maintain displays per company standards.
• Monitor inventory with regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee recovery to keep a neat, organized department appearance.
• Coordinate price changes with pricing labels and signage.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries and product location.
• Support front-end transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate general office equipment and retail devices.
• Use handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and related gear.
• Participate in cross-training across departments.
• Engage in training programs and continuous learning.
• Provide friendly, proactive support to colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate Rural King values in daily work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
