Rural King is seeking an Department Lead to oversee a department, manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising while delivering strong customer service. You will ensure planograms, signage, and cleanliness meet company standards, and support front-end operations as needed.

The role requires retail experience, excellent communication, and flexibility with hours including nights and weekends. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment focused on providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with computer systems and software.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily department operations and signing/planogram compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock counts; replenish from stockroom.
• Coordinate price changes and update signage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the department.
• Deliver friendly, proactive customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Assist front-end operations as needed.
• Participate in cross-training and training programs.
