Rural King is seeking a Department Lead to drive efficient operations in your assigned department. You will oversee scanouts, inventory controls, price changes, and planogram compliance while maintaining clean, inviting displays for customers.

You’ll lead efforts to replenish stock, supervise merchandising standards, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires flexibility to work varied hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of retail experience in the relevant department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and questioning abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Comfort with computer systems and store software.

Mansioni

• The Department Lead oversees a range of activities including scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, price changes, planogram sets, department cleanliness, and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory by conducting stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and replenishing top stock.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
• Coordinate price changes and update labels and signage as required.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist with inquiries and purchases.
• Handle front-end support as needed and operate standard office equipment and retail devices.
